Last Updated: November 18, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Let It Out" mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Let It Out Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or utilizing our Service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

"Let It Out" is a digital anxiety and worry management tool designed to facilitate cognitive externalization. The Service enables users to securely log anxious thoughts, schedule deferred revisit timelines, and document their mental resilience over time.

2. Service Tiers & Payments

We operate our service on a standard freemium pricing structure:

  • Free Tier: Includes the core externalization loop, unlimited thought captures, and history logs. Advanced analytical tools, app biometrics, and the AI Worry Guide are locked.
  • Perspective Plus (Premium): Unlocks full access to all features, including personalized statistics, biometric app lock, and the AI Worry Guide.

Premium subscriptions are securely managed via RevenueCat. Payments are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store accounts at purchase. Timely cancellations can be managed directly inside store profiles.

3. User Authentication

To ensure privacy, you will initially access the service via an anonymous Google Firebase account. You can optionally link this profile to permanent credentials (such as Google or Apple Sign-In) in app settings to secure cross-device access. You are solely responsible for securing your logged-in credentials and profiles.

4. AI Worry Guide & Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

  • NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR MEDICAL CARE: The AI Worry Guide is designed for supportive counseling aid only. It does not provide medical diagnoses, psychological therapy, or clinical treatment plans.
  • NO SUBSTITUTE FOR HEALTHCARE: Never ignore professional psychiatric, therapeutic, or medical advice or delay seeking standard treatment due to something contained within this service.
  • CRISIS RESOURCES: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, active self-harm, or a clinical emergency, seek immediate local medical services (e.g., call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room).
