Store ratings
Store ratings may be displayed only with the store name, current rating, count, and retrieval date. Ratings from different stores are not combined unless the calculation and sources are clearly disclosed.
Testimonials
A named testimonial requires permission, identity verification, the approved wording, and a record of where and when it was collected. Illustrative copy must never be formatted as a real person's endorsement.
Professional endorsements
Professional titles and credentials must be verified. The site must not imply a clinician reviewed the app or its content unless the scope and date of that work are documented.
Structured data
Review or aggregate-rating schema is included only when the same information is visible, current, genuine, and eligible under Google's structured-data policies.
