Your privacy is the most vital pillar of "Let It Out". We designed this space to be a secure, private sanctuary for your raw, unedited thoughts.
1. Your Data is Yours Alone
The worries, reflections, and entries you capture in the app are strictly personal. We treat them with total confidentiality. We do not sell your data, monetize your secrets, or read your worries. Our purpose is therapeutic, not commercial.
2. What We Collect & Why
We only capture information essential for providing the service:
- Your Thoughts: We store the worries you capture so you can revisit them at your chosen date. Everything is encrypted.
- Subscription Info: If you unlock the premium tier, we utilize payment states to enable features securely.
- App Diagnostic Logs: Anonymous crash reports to maintain high performance. Your worries are never contained in diagnostic logs.
- Website Analytics: When optional website analytics is configured and you consent, it may record page views and action labels such as app-store clicks or tool starts. Text entered into browser tools is not included in analytics events.
3. Who Sees Your Data?
We only connect with a select few secure systems needed to run the app:
- Google Firebase: Secures user logins and auth syncing.
- RevenueCat: Handles subscription payments and triggers premium features.
- Secure AI Partner: If you use the AI Worry Guide, chat text is sent securely to generate responses. We ensure data is never used to train public models.
4. Total Data Control
You are in full control of your account. You can permanently delete your user account, history, and all stored data instantly within the app's profile settings. Once deleted, it is wiped from our servers completely.
