Privacy and security

Understand the feature before sharing sensitive content

Different app features can have different processing needs. This overview links the public declarations that govern them.

What the stores currently disclose

Google Play states that the app may collect personal, financial, and other data types, that data is encrypted in transit, and that deletion can be requested. Apple lists purchases, contact information, user content, identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics among the data categories that may be handled.

Store declarations can change as features change. The legal privacy policy remains the controlling website document and should be reviewed together with the current store disclosures.

AI features need additional processing

The Worry Guide and monthly insight features cannot generate a response without processing the content you choose to send to them. Do not enter information that you are not comfortable sharing under the current privacy policy.

Website analytics boundaries

Website events are designed to record actions such as an app-store click or a tool start. The browser brain-dump text must never be included in analytics, URLs, error reports, or session replay.
