Apple and Google group information into broad, standardized categories. A category can cover optional features such as account sign-in, purchases, support, diagnostics, or content you choose to send for processing. Its presence does not mean every category is collected from every person or used in every part of the app.

When a feature needs your content
When you choose to use the Worry Guide or monthly insights, the content needed to generate the result is processed for that feature. Review the privacy policy before sending information you consider especially sensitive.

Your private writing stays out of website analytics
Website analytics can record basic actions, such as starting a tool or selecting an app-store link. The text you enter into the private brain-dump tool is not included in analytics events, page URLs, or session replay.
