Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Let It Out" mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Let It Out Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

"Let It Out" is a digital anxiety management tool. The Service allows users to capture worries, process them over time, and reflect on their resilience (the "Core Loop").

2. App Tiers and Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a freemium basis:

• Free Tier: Allows users to use the Core Loop, including unlimited worry entries and history. Features such as the AI Guide, Analytics Dashboard, and Biometric App Lock are locked.
• Perspective Plus (Premium): Unlocks all features, including the AI Guide, Dashboard, and Biometric App Lock.

Subscriptions are managed by our third-party provider, RevenueCat, and are available on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Payments will be charged to your App Store or Google Play Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you will be signed in via an anonymous Firebase account. You have the option to link this account to a permanent authentication method (Google or Apple) in the app's settings. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. AI Worry Guide & Medical Disclaimer

Our premium "AI Worry Guide" feature provides a supportive chat interface. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: The AI Guide is not a licensed medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is intended for informational and supportive purposes only.
• NO SUBSTITUTE FOR CARE: The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or heard on the Service.
• EMERGENCIES: If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of the worries, notes, and reflections you enter into the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. We will only use your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our backend systems in an unauthorized manner.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app deletion feature. For instructions, please see our Account Deletion page.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let It Out Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
